I teach a variety of drop-in and registered group fitness classes at the Port Moody Recreation Complex.
My regularly scheduled drop-in classes are:
- Sunday, 9:15 am; Cardio Crunch; Step choreography and muscle conditioning
- Monday, 9:15 am; Total Body Conditioning; Step choreography, cardio intervals and metabolic strength training
- Monday, 12:10 pm; Spin and Core; 45-min indoor cycling class (call 24 hrs in advance to reserve a bike)
- Wednesday, 9:15; Boot Camp; Strength, speed and agility, cardio and core
My registered fitness programs:
- Specialized Functional Training (Sunday, 10:30 am)
- BOSU Blast (Sunday, 11:45 and Friday, 5:30)
- Yes We Can (Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:15)
