Her past and present clients  range in age from 13 to 73 and include weekend warriors, runners, cyclists, swimmers, pre- and post-natal moms, competitive dancers, soccer players and everyday athletes.

Her approach to fitness is balanced, progressive and fun; consistently make small improvements in your health and activity level and you’re bound to see results. She believes in celebrating small victories and focusing on non-scale related accomplishments. Expect to get stronger, leaner and happier in your own skin when you train with her.

How does Online Personal Training work?

Online Personal Training involves identifying each client’s specific health and fitness goals and tailoring an exercise and nutrition program to meet their individual needs. No cookie cutter programs here!

After filling out some preliminary paperwork (healthy and lifestyle questionnaire, PAR-Q, liability waiver) and chatting with me via Skype, email or telephone, you will receive a customized exercise program, including strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training. All exercises will be explained in detail and links to video demonstrations included where relevant (note that these videos are private and only available to my Online Personal Training clients).

Because I am not a registered dietician, I cannot provide you with individualized meal plans. However, I have many tips, tricks and recipes to share to help you ‘clean up’ your diet and improve your overall health. I am well versed in current recommendations about daily calorie requirements, and can advise you as to appropriate macronutrient (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) levels to include in your diet.

We’ll chat weekly to review your progress, make your exercises more challenging and find solutions to any obstacles you’re experiencing. You can expect to receive a brand new program every month.

And if daily reminders are what you need, I’ll gladly send you virtual encouragement via email or your favourite social media platform ;)

What types of Personal Training Packages do you provide?

Changing your lifestyle takes time. There are no quick fixes. In my experience as a personal trainer, I’ve found that it takes most people 4 to 6 weeks to make exercise and healthy eating a habit. My most successful clients are those who’ve committed to personal training for an initial period of at least three months. Clients that prefer to ‘go it alone’ after just one session, rarely succeed.

Because I want your experience with Online Personal Training to be a successful one, I require all new clients to commit to two months of Fitness Coaching. After that, I’m happy to work with you on a month-by-month basis.

How much does Online Personal Training cost?

Less than the cost of having me train you one-on-one in your home or favourite gym ;)

‘Getting Started’ Package –>> $150

  • An initial interview (30 min) to discuss your personal fitness and nutritional goals (via Skype, email or telephone)
  • Two detailed workout plans; one to start and a second, follow up plan, 30 days later
  • Menu tips and clean eating suggestions (I’m not a registered dietician, so meal planning is outside of my scope of practice)
  • 60 days of 24/7 support via email or your favourite social media platform
  • Menu and workout tracking tools to help with adherence and consistency

Monthly Training Package –>> $65

  • For clients who have ‘graduated’ from the ‘Getting Started’ program
  • One detailed workout plan per month
  • Menu tips and clean eating suggestions
  • 30 days of 24/7 support via email or your favourite social media platform

Follow-up ‘Stand alone’ Exercise Programs –>> $35 each

  • For clients who have ‘graduated’ from the ‘Getting Started’ program
  • One detailed workout plan

In order to provide proper support and attention to each of my Online clients, I limit the number of individuals that I work with. As a consequence, there may sometimes be a short wait between application and the start of our training relationship. I currently have 10 spots available.
