I facilitate a number of online training groups designed to help motivate, inspire and help you along your journey to fitness and health.

- 40plusfitness Monthly Online Group Training Program: A monthly subscription program for women age 40 and over who are dealing with the challenges of mid-life hormonal change. Next session begins December 1st, 2015 and runs for three months. If you’re interested in joining the program, send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll make sure your name gets on the list!
- Fight the Fluff V2.10 (updated and improved): An 12-week, gym-based exercise and nutrition program for midlife women interested in building muscle and reducing body fat. The fall 2016 session is now open for registration.
- 21-Day ‘Re’-Bootcamp: A 3-week course designed to help you create a new exercise habit (or re-invigorate your old routine if you’ve taken a bit of a hiatus from fitness). You’ll receive three weeks of exercise instruction including daily coaching emails to educate, motivate and inspire you on your healthy living journey.
