I facilitate a number of online training groups designed to help motivate, inspire and help you along your journey to fitness and health.

  • 40plusfitness Monthly Online Group Training Program: A monthly subscription program for women age 40 and over who are dealing with the challenges of mid-life hormonal change. Next session begins December 1st, 2015 and runs for three months. If you’re interested in joining the program, send me an email ( and we’ll make sure your name gets on the list!


  • 21-Day ‘Re’-Bootcamp: A 3-week course designed to help you create a new exercise habit (or re-invigorate your old routine if you’ve taken a bit of a hiatus from fitness). You’ll receive three weeks of exercise instruction including daily coaching emails to educate, motivate and inspire you on your healthy living journey. NEXT SESSION SCHEDULED TO RUN WINTER 2018.
