Free workouts

I love to create free workouts for my personal training clients, group fitness participants and blog readers (that’s YOU)!

I’ve found that changing up my workouts is a great way to (1) stay motivated, (2) avoid injury, (3) break through plateaus and (4) keep exercise fun!

Below, I’ve compiled a  library of all the free workouts published on my blog. Most are whole body, circuit-style workouts; the best kind for burning fat, elevating your metabolism and getting strong.

Pick one, print it out and head to the gym (or your workout place of choice). Feel free to share these free workouts with your friends; workout buddies can be great motivators!
