Have you ever completed a big, long-term project and had virtually no recollection of how you managed to get it done?

Sure, I remember signing the contract and calculating how many words I’d need to write per week to have the text finished by the date I’d agreed to (not just any words, well planned and edited words)

I recall worrying and stressing that I wouldn’t get it done in time as work and family life seemed to continually encroach on writing time (thanks to my hubby for taking the children camping the week before my deadline).

I’ll never forget the experience of participating in my first fitness photo shoot (so much more fun than I anticipated).

But as I flipped through the final version of the manuscript, I couldn’t help but think ‘how on earth did I manage to write a 144-page book?’ (and what shall the next one be about? oh yes, I’m dying to do this all over again!)
