Exercise moves for your holiday hotel room: Tuesday Trainer does it again!

I’m still on holidays, so this will be short and sweet.

Today, Lindsay, over at Tuesday Trainer, is featuring some low-to-no equipment exercise moves you can do in the limited space of your hotel room. Just because you’re on vacation doesn’t mean you need to abandon exercise completely ;)

I submitted a couple of my favorite combination moves; adding band rows to squats and lunges. Have a try and let me know what you think!

  1. Excellent! I am always looking for moves I can do when I travel. I usually bring tubing and a band, so thank you for some new ideas. Haven’t tried securing the band to the door before. What a great way to incorporate both lower and upper body moves with tubing. Thanks!
