How do you progress your workouts?
What’s your plan for maintaining consistency over the holidays?

Great advice! Keep pushing to be stronger.
Thanks so much for the visit and the twitter-chat! I’ve loved meeting you!
If it wasn’t for my collection of home workout videos, I couldn’t maintain consistency. But I have such a good variety of DVDs, that I can keep myself motivated and not get bored.
Which titles are your favs? Have you tried Zuzana and Freddy’s (of http://www.BodyrockTV.com) workouts? They’re short and completely free!
Jari Love, Cathe Friedrich, and Amy Bento are some of my favorites. For lighter days I like Kelly Coffey-Meyer or Chris Freyteg. I hadn’t heard of that website–thanks for passing it along. I’ll have to check it out.
Great vid Tamara. Overall I’m good on consistency. If I don’t make it to the gym, I run or dance etc but progression…mmm…I get smug about my progress and then feel like I can ‘stay there’ for months e.g.., A year ago I found it difficult to run 2km but can now easily run 5km and maybe even 7km but do I try and progress on that…nope! I stay in my comfort zone
Kirri, that’s great improvement in your running! Don’t get complacent; you can most certainly add another mile then another then… You’ll be running a 10K before you know it!
Oh gosh..10km? There’s so much less sweat involved in complacency
