  2. If it wasn’t for my collection of home workout videos, I couldn’t maintain consistency. But I have such a good variety of DVDs, that I can keep myself motivated and not get bored.

  3. Great vid Tamara. Overall I’m good on consistency. If I don’t make it to the gym, I run or dance etc but progression…mmm…I get smug about my progress and then feel like I can ‘stay there’ for months e.g.., A year ago I found it difficult to run 2km but can now easily run 5km and maybe even 7km but do I try and progress on that…nope! I stay in my comfort zone :)
